Draghón is created through 97 intricate and intensive steps to ensure the finest blade. Sharpened using a traditional Japanese Samurai Sword sharpening method (3-stage Honbazuke), Draghón boasts an 8 – 12 degree edge (per side). From the highest quality Japanese steel, our knife is tempered to a staggering 62 on the Rockwell Hardness scale through our 10 hr Cryogenic Tempering Nitrogen Cooling Process.

• 67 layers of high carbon “Damascus” steel creates a beautiful pattern on the blade. No two knives will have the same pattern
• 62 Rockwell Hardness. Achieved through our Proprietary Cryogenic Tempering Nitrogen Cooling Process = exceptional edge retention
• Edge angle 8 – 12 degrees per side = RAZOR SHARPNESS
• Full-edge utility: whole length of the blade can be used for cutting and chopping. Edge can be sharpened from bolster to tip
• Full tang G10 military grade Garolite handle. A classic 3-rivet high carbon stainless steel frame with seamless construction offers extreme durability, perfect balance and superb wear/impact resistance
• Curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety and comfort. Designed for the preferred chef pinch grip
